Statement of Services and Limitations – comments

Thank you for choosing ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. to assist you in your visa application process. We want to assure you that our goal is to provide you with a professional and efficient service in the preparation and processing of your visa application. However, it is important that you take into account the following clarifications regarding the services we offer:

 

1.⁠ ⁠Advice and application process:

  • Our services include advice on the visa application process, completing the DS-160 form, and managing vacation packages that can complement your trip.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Limitation of liability:

  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. does not guarantee the approval of your visa. The final decision on the granting or denial of a visa is exclusively that of the government and/or the corresponding embassy or consulate. Our company has no influence on this decision.
  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. does not act as a legal representative in judicial, administrative, or any other proceedings that may arise in relation to the visa application. Our service is limited to guidance and support in the preparation of documents and administrative procedures related to the visa.
  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. disclaims all liability for any loss or damage caused to applicants' documents during transport by third-party courier companies or postal services. In no case will ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. or its representatives be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the delay, misplacement, loss, or damage of documents during transit.
  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. is not responsible for any changes in the requirements, regulations, or procedures applicable to the visa application that may occur after the process has begun. Any modification made by the competent authorities is beyond our control, and we do not assume responsibility for the consequences arising from such changes.
  • It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that the information and documentation provided for the visa application is true, complete, and up to date. ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. will not assume any responsibility for delays, denials, or any other problem that arises due to errors, omissions, or falsifications in the information provided by the client.
  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. does not guarantee that the visa processing time will meet the deadlines desired by the applicant. Processing times are subject to the workload and internal procedures of the embassy or consulate, and may vary without notice. No responsibility will be accepted for delays in the issuance of the visa or any inconvenience resulting from such delays.
  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information provided by the client during the legal advice. However, we do not assume any responsibility for the unauthorized disclosure of such information if it results from illegal access or any other intervention by third parties beyond our control.
  • Access to the services of ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. may be subject to restrictions with respect to certain persons or countries, in compliance with the laws of the country of origin or destination. It is the client's responsibility to verify with the corresponding advisors that their legal and tax status allows them to subscribe to the services offered.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Legal advice:

  • Our services focus primarily on processing a tourist visa. However, if your case requires or warrants a legal process or advice, VISADOS CONECTA will provide you with the legal service that best suits your case to help you with the process.

 

4.⁠ ⁠documentation and accuracy of information:

  • We assist you in the collection and preparation of the necessary documentation for your application. However, it is the client's responsibility to provide true and complete information. The omission or falsification of information may result in the denial of your visa.
  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all documentation provided is up to date and valid at the time of submission. ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. is not responsible for visa delays or rejections resulting from the use of expired, obsolete or incorrect documents.
  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. offers general advice on the documents required for the visa application. However, it does not guarantee that the suggested documents are the only or definitive ones required by the authorities. The client is responsible for confirming and ensuring that all documentation required by embassies or consulates is complete and correct.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Vacation packages:

  • As part of our services, we offer the planning and management of vacation packages that complement your trip, such as hotel reservations, tours, and other tourist services. These services are not linked to the approval of your visa and are optional.
    In the event that the visa is denied, ATLAS
  • GRAND S.A.S. is not responsible for the cancellation of the contracted tourist services or for the return of the amounts paid. Any request for a refund must be managed directly with the providers of said services, in accordance with their cancellation policies.
  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. acts only as an intermediary in the management of vacation packages, and does not assume responsibility for non-compliance, delay, or any other problem arising from the provision of services by third parties, such as hotels, tour operators, or transportation agencies. Any claim must be addressed directly to the affected service provider.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Refund policy:

  • In the event that your visa is denied, no refunds will be made for the services provided, as our services are administrative in nature and do not depend on the outcome of the application.
  • In the event that the client decides to cancel the visa application process after it has been initiated, ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. will not be obliged to offer partial refunds for the services provided up to the date of cancellation. All payments made will be considered final and non-refundable.

 

  • Management and protection of personal data:

 

  • ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. collects, uses and stores the personal data provided by the client exclusively for the purposes related to the visa application and the complementary services offered. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of this data. However, ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. will not be responsible for unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or alteration of personal information if these events are the result of cyber attacks, hacks or other illegal interventions by third parties that are beyond our control.
  • By contracting our services, the client authorizes ATLAS GRAND S.A.S. to transfer their personal data to third parties involved in the visa application process, such as embassies, consulates, and courier companies, when necessary for the execution of the contracted services.
